The ten most liveable cities in 2018

Three Australian cities have made it into the top ten of the world's most liveable cities in 2018. The worldwide league table ranks 140 cities on a range of factors, including political and social stability, crime, education and access to healthcare.

Melbourne, which was ranked second in this year's global rankings, had previously come top for seven years running.

Two other Australian cities also made this year's top ten: Sydney and Adelaide.
