Increase in Visa Application Charges

The base VAC increase will be applied from 01 July 2019. Some examples of the new charges are as follows:

General skilled Migration - sub-classes 189, 190 and 489

• Primary applicant - from AUD3,755 to AUD3,957
• Spouse - from AUD1,875 to AUD1,976
• Each child under 18 at time of invitation - from AUD940 toAUD990

Partner - sub-classes 309/100/300

• Main applicant - from AUD7,100 to AUD7,483

Contributory Parent - subclass 143

• Primary applicant - from AUD3,955 to AUD4,168
• Spouse - currently AUD1,300 to AUD1,370

Contributory Parent - subclass 173

• Primary applicant - from AUD2,595 to AUD2,735
• Spouse - from AUD1,300 to AUD1,370

Business visas - subclass 188

• Primary applicant - from AUD4,985 to AUD5,254
• Each applicant aged 18 or over - from AUD2,495 to AUD2,629
• Each applicant under 18 years of age from AUD1,245 to AUD1,312
