The new Queensland Skilled Occupations List (QSOL) which came into effect on Monday 25 July 2016 has now been closed following a surge of applications for state nomination.
At a meeting at the Agent Generals Office on Wednesday 03 August 2016 it was announced that no further Expressions of Interest would be accepted under the General Skilled Migration Program for visa subclasses 190 and 489.
