Coronavirus - a message from Concept Australia

26/03/2020

In line with UK government instructions, all staff at Concept Australia are working from home but will continue to provide a service to our existing clients and respond to applicants making new enquiries. Reception facilities within the building are now closed and all telephone calls (020 8468 1076) are being re-routed directly to the Registered Migration Agent.

Existing clients of Concept Australia?

If you are an existing client, you can continue to forward documents and information previously requested to Pippa and Jane's email addresses who will respond to you as soon as possible. We will still also be able to receive telephone calls on 020 8468 1076 but, as only one telephone line is available, if we are engaged, please call back or send an email to Pippa, Jane or myself.

New enquiries

If you have yet to commence the visa process and would like to find out whether you are potentially eligible, you can also telephone 020 8468 1076 or alternatively you can complete and submit an enquiry form via our website for selected visa sub-classes or you can send an email to info@conceptoz.co.uk

Consultations

If we have undertaken an initial assessment of your potential to be granted a visa for Australia and confirmed that a visa pathway is available and you would like to find out more about the visa process, we will continue to offer SKYPE and telephone consultations during the following office hours:

•    Monday – Friday between 09:30 – 17:00
•    Saturday between 09:00 – 12:00
•    Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 17:00 – 19:00.

Submitting visa applications

As the vast majority of applications are submitted on-line to the Department of Home Affairs, Concept Australia will continue to prepare and lodge applications on behalf of its clients.

Travel restrictions to Australia

At the present time you can only travel to Australia if you are

An Australian citizen

A permanent resident of Australia

A New Zealand citizen – usually resident in Australia

An immediate family member of an Australian citizen or permanent resident such as a spouse or dependent child or legal guardian. This includes Partner applicants who have been granted subclass 100, 309, 801 and 820 visas and children who have been granted subclass 101, 102 and 445 visas.

Please note that fiances of Australian citizens and permanent residents of Australia who have been granted a Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300) are not currently permitted to travel to Australia.

Quarantine arrangements

All people now entering Australia will be required to undertake a mandatory 14 day period of quarantine. Everyone will be transported directly to designated facilities such as a hotel in the city of entry after clearing immigration and customs plus enhanced health checks.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this very difficult and unprecedented time and we hope that you all stay safe and that it will not be too long before we can return to resuming a full service.

What our clients are saying

Dear Grahame and Team I just wanted to thank you all for your hard work and commitment over the past few months in obtaining my permanent residence visa for Australia. Before choosing Concept Australia, I researched other visa companies offering their services, however, none were as honest and as knowledgeable as you and your team were.Your experience with Australian visas, and from having lived in Australia set you aside from anyone else. I found your approach very professional from the offset, which I greatly thank you for. Kind regards Edward Hodge.
