Europe Service Centre at Australia House now closed

In May 2018, the Department of Home Affairs successfully transitioned their Europe Service Centre to the new Home Affairs’ Global Service Centre (GSC) in Australia. Applicants are now unable to telephone the European Service Centre at Australia House and will need to telephone the GSC in Australia to make an enquiry relating to visas and citizenship. The GSC, however, does not provide general advice on the visa process or what documents you need to include with your application or make recommendations as to which visa class you should apply under. The service is aimed at applicants who have already submitted their applications and who have concerns as to why their application has not been decided or if their circumstances have changed since submitting their application. Applicants contacting the GSC to make a progress enquiry are encouraged to review global processing standards as advice and assistance will only be given if your application falls outside the published processing timetable.

We can offer advice if you have lodged or are preparing your own application

Since the closure of the European Services Centre, there has been a significant increase in applicants who are preparing or who have already lodged their visa application contacting Concept Australia for advice and assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free advice and assistance in these circumstances and will therefore levy a small charge if you have questions about the visa process or application that has already been lodged. In most cases your queries can be resolved over the telephone but in more complex situations you may wish to arrange a SKYPE or personal appointment.  

Our fees are charged as follows:
•    15-minute telephone consultation - £45
•    30-minute telephone consultation - £65
•    60-minute SKYPE or personal consultation - £95

Case Checking Service

If you have prepared your own application, Concept Australia can review your application and provide you with the reassurance that you have selected the right visa pathway and assembled relevant documents before you submit your application to the Department of Home Affairs. Our standard fee for this service is £350.
