Fees and services

Our fees are charged in stages and are determined by the visa class being applied for and the complexity of your case. Fees charged by Concept Australia are confirmed in writing once we have assessed your visa options for Australia and the complexity of your application. Our fees are charged in stages as we progress your application and are are specified in our Terms of Engagement.

Engaging Concept Australia as your visa specialist

When you decide to appoint Concept Australia as your visa specialist you will be assigned a dedicated member of staff based permanently in the UK with at least 15 + years' experience in managing applications who will work directly with you throughout the visa process. We do not sub-contract work out to other visa companies or individuals and as your visa agent, you will experience a personal and friendly service from staff who have successfully helped thousands of people start a new life in Australia. Our staff meet professional standards regulated by OMARA and will only encourage you to proceed with an application if you have a realistic chance of being granted a visa. If you appoint Concept Australia as your visa agent you will be dealing with a staff member who is responsible for:

1 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of migration law and procedures
2 Keeping a professional library with direct access to migration regulations
3 Undertaking continual professional development to maintain knowledge of visa regulations

We can also help you if you have lodged or are preparing your own application

Since the closure of the European Service Centre at Australia House in London there has been a significant increase in applicants who are preparing or who have already lodged their visa application contacting Concept Australia for advice and assistance. In these circumstances we are happy to guide you in the right direction but, we will levy a small charge if you have questions about the visa process or application that has already been lodged. In most cases your queries can be resolved over the telephone but in more complex situations you may wish to arrange a SKYPE or personal appointment. 

Our fees are charged as follows:
•    15-minute telephone consultation - £45
•    30-minute telephone consultation - £65
•    60-minute SKYPE or personal consultation - £95
