It may take a considerable amount of time before your application is formally assessed and during this period you will be anxious to know whether you presented an accurate submission to enable your visa to be granted. Once your application has been received by DIAC it may be too late to address any concerns or issues that you have not fully understood when completing your migration application.
Many applicants lose sight of potential changes introduced after they have started the migration process and which have been implemented prior to lodgement of their application. For example, changes to the Migration Occupations Demand List and State/Territory skills lists can both have an impact on your eligibility. Work statements which lack content or inadequate income declared to the Inland Revenue can also be queried by case officers when assessing the Recent Work Experience requirement.
Application Checking Service

In order to take advantage of our pre-application checking and lodgement service all you need to do is forward your application and supporting documents to Concept Australia. We will then undertake a thorough check of your case and advise you of any outstanding requirements.
Electronic Lodgement Service
The Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre prefers applicants to lodge applications electronically and the benefit of this procedure is that cases will be processed more quickly. We can complete and submit your application electronically to DIAC supported by your documents which will be certified and scanned and attached to your electronic application. Concept Australia will confirm when your application has been lodged and will provide you with a Transaction Reference Number (TRN) in order that you can also monitor processing developments.
Case Management Service
Concept Australia can also manage your case once your documents have been submitted to DIAC. All communications are resolved between Concept Australia and case officers directly and we act as your representative in all processing matters. During this period we will be pleased to answer any questions in relation to the processing of your application. We can also extend an invitation for you to attend one of our Information Days to meet with our Associates who are specialists in providing advice on removals, banking, currency conversion, pensions, education services and financial planning.
