Grahame Igglesden - MARA Registered Agent 9901024
 
 
Grahame Igglesden is an Australian citizen and a MARA Registered Migration Agent as well as a Board member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA 3166). Grahame has more than 30 years migration experience gained at the Australian High Commission and Government of Western Australia in London and as a Senior Partner with Concept Australia.
 
Grahame’s previous positions with government have included Migration Interviewing Officer with responsibility for interviewing trade and professional people on behalf of employer groups and Manager Business Migration with responsibility for marketing and promoting Western Australia as a business and investment location.
 
Grahame has been a main speaker at emmigration seminars and has also been a regular contributor on the BBC and other radio stations. He has also written numerous features on migration policy.
 
 
Steve Hall
 
 
Steve Hall was employed at the Australian Consulate in Manchester for over 19 years and held the position of Client Services Manager before joining Concept Australia in January 2000.

The Australian Immigration Department recognised Steve’s expertise in decision making in all aspects relating to all Australian visa requirements and issued a Certificate of Appreciation confirming Steve’s knowledge and decision making in migration law and regulations.

Steve has been a key speaker at the Emigrate seminars and contributes occasional features on migration policy.
 
 
Martin Thompson
 
 
Martin was employed as a Senior Case Officer at the Australian Consulate in Manchester for over 19 years until January 2000.

Martin brings to Concept Australia a wealth of experience in decision making of permanent residence applications. The Australian Consulate at the time was responsible for the processing of all General Skilled Migration cases in the UK.

In recognition of Martin’s experience and decision making skills the Australian Immigration Department issued a Certificate of Appreciation which confirmed Martin’s knowledge in relation to complex migration legislation. 
 
 
Annette Igglesden
 
 
Annette is a founder member of Concept Australia. Born in Tasmania, Annette has resided in the UK since 1972.
 
Annette is the Office Manager with responsibility for all administration matters within Concept Australia South. 
 
 
Jane Smith
 
 
Jane is an Australian citizen and has previously worked at the Australian High Commission in London both in the migration processing section and also in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
 
Jane joined Concept Australia in 2004 having spent a number of years employed in a legal field. Within Concept Australia Jane undertakes responsibility for preparing all applications for submission to DIAC and managing cases until visas have been granted. Jane’s work schedule means that she is constantly in communication with both applicants, DIAC and the State and Territory Governments. Jane also co-ordinates Information days which have proved extremely popular with Concept Australia’s clients.
 
 
Philippa Igglesden
 
 
Pippa is also an Australian citizen and following completion of her degree in Business Economics she gained experience in the migration section at the Australian High Commission in London.
 
Pippa joined Concept Australia in 2000 and undertakes responsibility for monitoring policy developments and legislation changes within DIAC plus processing applications for lodgement with DIAC.
 
Both Jane and Pippa have visited the West and East Coasts of Australia on several occasions.
