Fees

Our fees are regulated by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)

It is a mandatory requirement for a Registered Migration Agent to provide on an annual basis to MARA, a breakdown of average fees charged to clients in order to ensure that they are reasonable and not excessive for the services provided.

Concept Australia is confident that you will find our fees competitive and are structured in accordance with MARA criteria.

Our fees are charged in stages as we process your application and are determined in accordance with the:
  • Visa class selected
  • Complexity of your case
  • Range of services you require.

Once we have undertaken an initial telephone assessment of your personal circumstances and confirmed that you have the potential to be granted a visa to reside in Australia, Concept Australia will:

  • Provide a written and transparent breakdown of the total costs for the work we will undertake on your behalf.
  • Outline all other costs associated with your visa application including those charged by DIAC, assessing authorities, state/territory governments, panel doctors and police authorities.
Proposed increase in DIAC fees on 1 July 2013

Most DIAC fees increase on 1 July each year but for the next programme year it is DIAC's intention to substantially increase the cost of applying for a skilled visa by charging additional fees for dependent family members included in the application. The proposed increase in fees for skilled applicants has yet to be passed through legislation but it is likely that these changes will be introduced on 1 July 2013. Applicants with dependent family members migrating to Australia are strongly encouraged to lodge their Expression of Interest and up-load all available documentation ASAP in order to receive the best chance of being invited before the fees increase.
