Engaging Our Services
Concept Australia’s three main offices are located at Chislehurst in Kent (20 minutes from London Bridge), Manchester and Northampton. We also have regional offices located in Windsor, Gatwick, Brentwood, Potters Bar, Cambridge, Milton Keynes.
Once Concept Australia has conducted an assessment of your visa prospects and confirmed that a suitable pathway exists for you to be granted a visa for Australia you now have a number of options available to you.
Applicants can choose one of the following options:
Make an appointment to visit one of our offices
Office hours at our Kent Office are Monday – Friday between 09:30 – 18:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 – 11:00. Appointments at all other offices are between 10:00 – 17:00.
Arrange for us to visit your home
Concept Australia appreciates that applicants may have work commitments or unable to travel to appointments because they have young children. This is why we can offer applicants the opportunity of a home visit at a time convenient to you including selected evenings and weekends.
Have your application processed via correspondence
Concept Australia provides services to its clients on a global basis and therefore processes cases via correspondence. If you reside too far away from one of our offices to make a visit practical, we can still offer you a full range of services covered by our Terms of Engagement.
