Are you eligible?

• Be sponsored by a state or territory government 
• Be under 55 years of age at the time of application to the Perth Business Centre
• For at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before you lodge your application evidence through audited accounts, direct involvement in managing your business with an ownership of 30% if the annual turnover was more than A$400,000.00 or 51% if the ATO was between A$300,000.00 and A$399,999.00
• Evidence net business and personal assets of at least A$500,000.00 available for transfer to Australia within 2 years from the date of the grant of the visa
• Have additional assets of A$50,000.00 for settlement in Australia.
