Are you eligible?

If you can answer YES to the following questions you are in a position to apply for a Business Investor visa:

• Are you under 55 years of age?
• Can you demonstrate at least 3 years business and/or investment experience including 1 in the last 5 full fiscal years?
• Can you evidence direct involvement in managing a business with an ownership interest of at least 10% of the total value of the business? or 
• Can you demonstrate a high level of management skill in relation to an eligible investment portfolio with a total value of at least A$750,000.00? 
• Can you provide documentary evidence that for the last 2 fiscal years the net value of my assets were at least A$1,125,000.00? 
• Are you able to make a Designated Investment in a State Treasury in Australia of A$750,000.00 prior to the grant of the visa? 
• Do you have cash, real estate, stocks and bonds, business ownership, loans to business and bullion as a source of eligible investment funds? 
• Are you of good health and character?
